Day 127: Guest Post – Plastic Bottle Petfood Dispenser

Virginie and her kids are big upcycling-fans and always try to create something new.

Virginie says: “I am a 35 year old mother, I have 3 boys, and I have made this “petfood dispenser” out of 2 empty fruit juice bottles. I used not circle bottles, I used squared bottles. With this system, when you leave home for a couple of days, your pet will always have crunchy fresh food. The idea comes from my children… we saw such a system in a shop, and even I thought it was a very good idea, I also found it very expensive. Then the kids say to me: “Ok, mum, then we’d better make it by ourselves!”"

hello, I made this system without any glue (ohne verkleben). Like that, I can refill when empty. I just separate the 2 bottles, turn the vertical one up and down, then fill it, then put again the second bottle. The vertical bottle is cutted with a “V” form, like that the little cat can pull out some food with his fingers. It’s not very clear on the photos, and also my english is not too good, but I hope I answerd your post… Thank you for comments…

Einfach GENIAL! SUPERIDEE!!! DANKE!!!!!
